Image Requirements Image must be in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, or TIFF Image file is at least 840 x 840 pixels, and not more than 10MB in size Image must be owned by the cardholder, or the cardholder must have permission from the owner to use it Upload Guidelines Small images will reproduce poorly when printed If you increase the scale of your image too much, it may also print poorly The bigger the image you choose, the longer it will take to upload The time your image takes to upload depends on your own Internet connection speed If your image is slow to upload, please talk to your own Internet provider for help On a typical 56k modem, each 1MB will take about 3 minutes to upload (this is approximate and depends on your connection speed, which may vary) Unacceptable Images Images will not be accepted based on the following criteria, but not limited to them exclusively: Copyrighted or trademarked pictures: company names, logos, slogans, brands of any third party, and any material that could infringe on the copyright or trademark rights of another party Images of celebrities, actors, musicians, sports figures, politicians, cartoon characters, or public figures of any kind Images containing provocative, lewd, or sexual content, including nude, semi-nude, or offensive pictures, racial, political, discriminatory, or violent material Violence, firearms, weapons, ammunition, alcohol, or tobacco Profanity or other obscene behaviors or gestures Images of money or flags, including the United States flag (Flags are already in our gallery to choose from.) Phone numbers (800 or 900 numbers), addresses, account numbers, personalized identification numbers, or URL addresses (www.xyz.com) Names or descriptions of controlled substances Competitive marks/names (Discover, American Express, etc.) MasterCard, Visa, or any other payment brand reference References to any MasterCard or Visa sponsorship property, such as Olympics or NASCAR Material or content demonstrating the views and/or opinions of political groups, religious groups, or antisocial or socially unacceptable groups People conducting or involving themselves in criminal or illegal activities or otherwise inappropriate behavior Culturally or socially sensitive material Any content that might result in problems at the point-of-sale or interfere with security features of the card Any content that might infringe, degrade, or weaken the payment card branch or its member financial institutions Images that DO NOT meet the above guidelines will be rejected and you will be notified by mail. You may then submit another image for consideration.
